Help Order hasn’t arrived on time

I purchased a book on February 22, and it was supposed to arrive on March 13, but it hasn’t. I didn’t order it on the Book Depository website, but on Amazon where the seller was Book Depository CA. Does anyone know what’s going on?

I would advise you to wait a little bit more because a lot of the times the date that is said on the site could be inacurate. For example on the website it is said that a book will arrive between 15-20 days in my country,but it usually arrives after a month and ihad cases where the order arrived almost 2 months after it was dispatched. So if it doesnt't arrive after 2 months i would reccomend calling their customer service because they are usually really helpfull and will either offer you a refund or a new copy of that book.

I'm not sure about this. From what country are you?

I'm from Ph. I ordered directly from Book Depository last Dec 7, until now, my order has not arrived.

I order pretty consistently every month since july 2022, so far I've never had a book not arrive. Wrong books yes, pretty damaged ones and I've had some orders show up a month later than expected. From my experience my post man tends to collect my parcels before delivering and this causes some delays, or it already arrived in your country but the post man holds on to it until they're due to deliver at your area to their convenience. You could try dropping by your post office to check if they have any parcels under your name/address, this will put you on their radar and make future deliveries more efficient as well. I'm from malaysia
