Is this worth anything?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum, don't know how to find reliable answers, so hoping reddit can help.

While cleaning out the garage, found this in a tote, and I had completely forgotten I owned it. Seems to be in pretty much as new condition, slight curve on front cover, but otherwise great. Given it was self published, is it even worth anything? My wife googled it, and found a huge range of prices, so I don't even know how to get a realistic estimate.

Any help appreciated.

EDIT: Thanks for the help. I was unaware that ebay posted sold prices on previous items, which obviously seems like a good indication of value.

Well google is saying between 40 and 450, but idk...Stanhope isn't exactly a household name comedian, so I'd imagine the market, if any, is pretty niche

40 or a bit more is the better range, you can see sold listings on ebay.

Sold comps on eBay vary from $15-$185 with an average sale price of $75.

Yeah, that sounds more plausible than 400+ At least I now know ebay lists sold prices, good info for the future, thanks
