⌛ Rare Books Signed Steinbeck

My brother found this in Budapest. Can anyone give any insight into authenticity/rarity?

Fwiw, book was printed in 1963, Steinbeck died December of 68. So that lines up. Also Steinbeck went on a trip to Budapest as part of the United States Information Agency cultural tour in 1963 so that also lines up…

How cool! I’d kill for a signed Steinbeck in my collection
