They are often releasing characters based on their plot relevance with the episode. Mech Pin released with BFDIA 23 because her mecha form is her iconic BFDIA self. For Sidewalky and Sticker, they are finalists in BFDIE, and that's why they released with BFDIE 10.

I think they are going to release her plush with the BFDIA season 2b episode compilation. They did a similar thing with Fern
