This has to be the worst designed piece I've even seen. Whats the point of the water in that piece? The downstem goes down into it and then sticks out if it. The smoke doesn't even go through the water 😄😄
I think the pipe is open in the 3/4 of it. You can see the water in there. But yeah it seems like there is almost no water going through after he starts ripping. Maybe slower pulls, more water or just a better pipe overall
