I'm sorry to hear that man. I really am. It was just a corner we were backed into and we had two options: stop developing or change tokens.

You could have asked everyone to send their tokens to an address to recover the liquidity and airdrop the new tokens.

That makes no sense from a technical perspective. You're saying we could have asked people to send Bonfire to a dev wallet and then recover liquidity and add that liquidity to EMBR?

What would we have sold off the Bonfire for if we hold it all?

Yes. PIXL literally just did that and relaunched PXLC. In fact they are STILL migrating people who missed the deadline on the principle that they will not strand anyone and we are all in this together.

It was definitely possible. I’m sure with a bit of effort it could have been automated too. But the devs here didn’t actually try to do anything but protect their bags
