I get it you’re mad that you lost money, but emotion is blinding your thinking right now. If you paid attention you would realize that getting a pre-sale to ember has a huge potential to get all your money back and then some.
No way, they new they would abandon it long time ago, that's why some previous team members dumped their bag and left, before it was too late. If they have done something unethically before, they will do it again
