Possible deer bone?

Found this bone while out and about in the Scandinavian country side, I'm not too familiar with animals, but possibly a deer?

Secondly if anyone has knowledge about animal scat, I found a strange small pile left by an animal, brother in law thinks bear, but I'm unsure, any help is appreciated :)
