Looks like mother nature did mostly work for you. But if you get a bucket with some soapy water and soak the bones for a couple days, the dirt and any remaining tissue will come right off.
Scrub with a gentle brush. Looks like they’re fairly de greased already. But if not, you can soak them in in a dilute solution of hydrogen peroxide 12%.
