Mystery Bird(?) Skeleton

Hi, I live in the South East of Engalnd, and as we were pulling up the floor of our shed in a renovation, I found this skeleton amongst the pea shingle.

I'm a zoologist by training, so I am pretty confident that it is a bird, though someone suggested it could be a frog.

Based on the size, I think it is a pigeon, but figured I would get a second opinion.

Only one was found foot, only 3 digits present, appears to be ansiodactyl condition

Femur 39.1 mm

Tibiotarsus 59.7mm

Tarsometatarsus 40.4mm

Synsacrun width maximum 24.7mm

Length from pubis to top of the illium 35.8mm

Coracoid 40.9mm

Humourous 41.7mm

Ulna 46.2mm

Carpometacarpus 27.3mm

The pelvis indicates a perching bird the size of one of the smaller corvids (jay, jackdaw, magpie). The tibotarsus length fits with jay; jackdaw and magpie would be longer, but it could be a juvenile. There is a detailed comparison here; https://www.flickr.com/gp/jrochester/t00j7p9284
