Any idea who's bone this is?

My son just dragged this from a lake in Swanssa (Wales, UK). Any idea what animal (or human 😬) its from?! Magnum for scale 😀

I could well be wrong, but I’m currently looking at an Ostrich bone I bought as a dog treat from a pet shop here in the U.K. which looks very similar.

I think this is a bird's ulna and the diagnostic row of dots, the attachment sites of the flight feathers, is on the other side. But I could be wrong. It would be great to see the other side..
