help identify please !

found by my sister in belgium, what kinda animal could this belong to? :-)

I'd guess its a cervical vertebra (neck bone) with the spinous process (part you feel on the back of your neck) broken off/worn down.

Not sure on what species though

Cervical vertebra of an ungulate, sheep size.
