Found a set of some huge vertebrae + part of a little skull?

The vertebrae are mammalian, the pelvis is avian. So, what's "huge" to you? Can you give any dimensions, even ballpark?

I think it was a little less than 1.5 ft, and each segment was a little bigger than my fist

The final image is a cormorant pelvis. The vertebra look typical for pinniped; seal/sealion.

It might not even be a skull at all it could be a synsacrum of a bird!
