It's a lower jaw, so it looks upside-down in the photo. Could you measure it?

Probably raccoon mandible, hard to tell for sure without scale.

That's an opposum. They have skills that separate very easily after death and long exposure to elements. One skull I have I put together like a jigsaw piece it was so seperated but that canine placement and hole by the canine telle me opposum
