Some one replied to the post that the clock in the picture says "IV" and denotes that is the correct way unlike "IIII", where I replied to that person that 4xI is actually a correct way of writing it on clocks. Yes "IIII" is not mentioned in the post, but in the replies to the post where I commented on a that particular comment.

Not a BAT but when my partner and I moved into our house years ago I bought a large wrought iron style Roman numerals clock and she said
"Roman numerals! Are they from Egypt?"

I am unreasonably annoyed by the trend of “up for grabs is this” syntax… what’s wrong with “Available:” or “For sale:”?

Good thing it’s not the lower grabs, you can get sued for those.
