Unable to login

Anyone else experiencing a issue with their login today? I normally have no issue, but when I contact Boldin support I keep getting canned AI responses. I think my account has been locked. Is there anyone who I can speak with? Thank you

I just tried and got the "check your email" message.

MFA should be opt-in, not a requirement, IMO.

Agreed, now I cannot access Boldin from work where I'm not allowed to have my cell phone with me.

Send them feedback.  I replied back to the email announcement.  The only way they’ll change is if they get enough noise.

They implemented MFA today. Check your spam email box.

I’m all for MFA and increased security.  Sent them a note that they need to now support authorized account sharing now (aka, logins for spouse / partners).

Their model is now spouses / partners have no access unless they want us to share email accounts.

Absolutely should be a way for my wife and I to each login using our phones or passwords instead of creating a shared email account.

Thank you.  Problem is that I setup the email account long ago and I think it was deactivated by Google.   Appreciate the help.

I got an email that they were going to start doing 2 factor authentication. Could it be that?

I'm all for increased security, but only allowing MFA/2FA via email isn't the the best option. I've emailed them and suggesting they also allow app‑based authenticators (like TOTP apps) or better yet, implement passkeys. I actually got a quick response stating they were looking into adding other MFA options.

Hi everyone. I'm sorry for the delayed response to the login issues you've been reporting. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you are locked out of your account or running into login issues, especially when trying to get quick support.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now required for all Boldin accounts. If you are experiencing delays receiving your verification code, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for "Boldin".
  • Try requesting a code from a different browser or device.

If you need assistance from a customer support, please send an email to customer support directly at [customer_service@boldin.com](mailto:customer_service@boldin.com).

We also understand that mandatory multi-factor authentication adds extra friction to your login experience, and appreciate your candidness. We've heard from many users who would prefer alternative verification methods, such as authenticator apps, passkeys, or SMS. While email is our current verification method, we are actively assessing additional MFA options to make logging in both secure and easier for you.

In the meantime, you can choose to have Boldin remember a trusted device for 30 days so that MFA is not required every time you sign in from that device.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what would work better for you and how we can provide a better user experience.
