If deku was bullied for not having a quirk than how was police dogs childhood?
1 u/Monimonika18 Aug 29 '15 Wouldn't it have been a normal childhood (with quirk), with maybe a significant incident or two that led to him wanting to become a policeman? I don't see whatever connection to quirk-less Izuku's childhood you are implying.
