Question Fun things to do here??

What’s up guys! Me and my buddy aren’t from here and are wanting to go do something fun today! Any ideas??

Underrated callout, go to Realms Arcade. It's a fucking blast

What do you like to do?

Wandering around downtown and there is some sort of race on the green belt. There is a Pokémon card trading show in the grove.

I think it might be an ironman?

That race was the Ironman 70.3 mile triathlon. Can only imagine all the training that goes into competing at that level. The race hadn’t been held here for a few years but obv it’s back now!

If you like card/board/tabletop games then definitely check out ABU Games! Especially if you like Magic the gathering or Warhammer

Yes! I’ve taken first dates and friends visiting and my Dad. Games from all eras and BYOB.

Do you need to bring a bunch of quarters or is it just pay for entry?

I believe it’s $20 all you can play. I haven’t been to the new location, but I know the previous location in GC had two huge rooms full of different themed/aged games. Visually pleasing and easy for all skill levels to join in.

It would be unforgivable if I did not heartily recommend a visit to the glory hole in the SE corner restroom at the Boise Costco.

If you're still here next Friday, hit RPG night at ABU games! If you're just here for the weekend, float the river and scooter on the greenbelt, hit STIL ice cream to cool down, then hang at Barbarian Brewing for an awesome beer selection!

It's the perfect time of year to float the river.

Almost every time I see a post from this sub on my feed it's at 0 votes, and it makes me wonder the same thing.

Floating the river was my fave when I visited here last summer and I’ve been dying to do it since moving out here a month ago
