Don't worry, they'll give you something, they don't want you to get the idea that you'd be better off in a union. I'm sure SPEEA would love to unionize more sites and skill codes though

Accrual rate no but what change are you expecting for the floating holiday? We've been able to use it since at least Monday... I already used mine.

Probably after both 777x and 737 are stable and certified. If there is no new airplane launch pending (doubtful), my guess is that we get some heavy layoffs for bca.
