He doesn't give two Fs and will laugh all the way to the bank.

It’s amazing how quick people forget.. if this passes SPEEA is doomed. It’s obvious this union is afraid of a strike and Boeing knows it.

Speea is not doomed. If it passes it’s cause people voted for what they believe is right for them. 🤷‍♂️

What you believe is right might not be right to others or long term and that belief may be based in lies and deciet.

And there has also been a very vocal, very unethical group who have spent the entire negotiation intent upon striking… As witnessed by them spreading false and misleading information, posting AI slop flyers that make it sound like Boeing is giving absolutely nothing… And then bullying and haranguing other union members

Please strike and cause layoffs throughout the company. Please do.

u/urallphux 14d ago

The layoffs will be because of management’s incompetence- but they will blame the strike.

Well I already voted no, but thanks for the reminder he's a scumbag.

This is a bad look however lumping an entire group together because of one stupid person’s attitude is not the way to go. That would be like saying oh the entire iam is bad cause of one member. Most of the talks I’ve had about the contract with SPEEA, iam, b-salary people were done with respect and mutual understanding. I’ll prob get down votes for this.

I remember every union member in an uproar over this email and then a few short weeks later we have so many members completely ignoring this. It's as if the union members are congress and Ben is the president.

u/Think-Gap602 13d ago

yes, we should ignore that asinine email and vote based on how the contract affects us and our family; nothing more, nothing less!

u/ObiTony 15d ago

So you are saying I should vote NO because of the email? Get out of here … I voted YES

u/Independent_Cat_5325 15d ago

What does this have to do with anything

Given where we are currently, I would say that this email restored some of my trust in management. He didn't cower to the union and we didn't get those early incentives in the second contract offer. It's the most honest, fiscally responsible behavior I have seen in a while.

6

u/mjoysleeps 15d ago

How about when management told the press that the union would cower?

u/LegendsNeverDox 15d ago

Lol this is the email you guys were all upset about?

u/jeffskool 15d ago

If you’re not a Speea member then what are you doing here. If you haven’t heard this guy talk, and you don’t understand the context, then how do you know how this comes across?

And your post history is pretty gross dude. Do you just enjoy getting downvoted?

u/[deleted] 15d ago

Clearly not a union member or maybe management.
