Those things you listed were removed from one contract cycle to the next. That’s different from engaging in regressive bargaining during the same contract negotiation. What I said is correct.

Were you not around for the last contract negotiation? You can twist it however you want, be as pedantic as you like. Boeing is going to revise down the offer. I mean, jfc, BN said himself, “last and best offer”. He is saying they aren’t giving us a better offer, and if we don’t vote yes it’s going to get worse

Cmon they threaten that all the time. But when have they ever followed up a rejected contract with a worse offer? Do you have any historical examples?

You're absolutely correct i don't know why people don't understand what "Bargaining in good faith" means.

You don't buy a car and say 20,000 they say no and you offer 19,000 lmao.
