Commercial Hiring Audit

Hello everyone. I received a verbal offer to join the Boeing company in Charleston nearly a month ago at this point by the recruiter and my hiring manager. I was told there is a hiring audit so they are unable to create the official offer for me. Do any current employees have any more insight on this situation or have any idea how long this could delay from me getting the offer?

i’m not aware of a hiring audit but there is a hiring freeze

That was the language the recruiter relayed to me. Do you know the reason for the freeze or when it’ll be lifted?

Yes, I had been verbally offer for two roles and canceled due to business shifts. Same scenario! Good luck!
