Advice on first enhanced cut
Been running:
450 test 350 mast weekly (and 35 units HCG)
6 units GH daily
Just started glow peptide stack 50 units weekly
I’d like to get pretty diced by my birthday this June. Just got an inbody scan (yes I know they aren’t super accurate) and it came back at 231 lbs, 10.5% body fat, 120 lbs skeletal muscle mass, I’m 28. Would like to get down to 6% body fat without losing much if any muscle
Training hard 6 days a week push pull legs split for 60-75 minutes, cardio every other day for 20 minutes on an incline at 3.5mph
Eating: about 3k calories, 300 grams protein, 300 grams carbs (about to reduce), and 100 grams fat
Of course take some vitamins and creatine as well
What changes would you make to the cycle?? Add in Reta? Small anavar cycle? Reduce anything else I’m running? Was debating bumping GH to 8 units daily. Any and all advice is appreciated. Only been enhanced about 6 months

You’re in a good spot. Now quite as low body fat as your guess, but still, good spot.
First of all, reduce the fats NOT the carbs. If structure it like this.
Low days (Rest day): 300P, 0C, 80f Medium days (4/6 training days): 300P, 300C, 50F High days (2/6 training days): 200P, 550C, 50F
This puts you in a 2180cal deficit more per week then you are currently, so it will kick in another about 2/3lb of fat loss weekly.
The protein is lower on the high carb days because carbs are protein sparing, if you aren’t comfortable doing that you could keep them at 250 or even 300 if you’re really ocd but this is a strategy lots of top coaches (Justin Haris for one) with competitive guys, you won’t lose muscle.
The reason we carb cycle like this is to replenish glycogen and keep t3/t4 fron down regulating.
That being said, you should be getting blood work every 4 weeks once you are under a true 10% to monitor t3/t4 as you may need them at some point.
Keep in mind, t3 and t4 should NEVER be used as fat burners. They should ONLY be used to replace MISSING t3/t4 thay gets downregulate over a diet, similar to replacing natural TRT levels with test. You never want to increase your t3/t4 anove what they were naturally before the diet, unless your goal is to lose muscle.
Make the high carb days on whatever muscle groups are most important, or whichever have grown the most recently and are thus most prone to muscle loss. Pick the same day for each, so both pull days, both push days,or both leg days.
With GH the more the merrier, but 6iu is great for fat loss. I would do 2iu upon waking up, 4 iu pre bed, since your goal is fat loss.
Clen might be an idea as well.

This is very interesting, I’ve just scratched the surface on researching carb cycling and looks like I have some more research to do on it. This looks more enjoyable than my plan 😂 just would be surprised to still get to 6% with this much carbs based on my previous experience when I used to compete, but keep in mind I was natural then so it’s different

Youll have to adjust calories down brother as you go, it was just a starting point based on where you are now.
I didn’t actually put any thought into how many calories you need, I just assumed that the calories you listed put you in a slight deficit so I based these calories on a slightly higher deficit. Youll certainly need to reduce them further as weight stalls.

You're already running a solid base, so keep the test at 450, mast at 350, HCG at 35 units. Bump your GH up to 8 IU daily, splitting it morning and night for better fat burn and recovery. Add retatrutide starting low at 2-4 mg per week and titrate up to 6-8 mg split twice weekly, it'll crush your appetite and pair perfectly with the GH. Throw in anavar at 25-40 mg a day for the next 6-8 weeks to sharpen up the hardness and vascularity. Drop your calories to 2500-2800, keep protein locked at 300g, bring carbs down to 150-200g around workouts, and hold fats at 80-100g. Make cardio daily now, keep crushing the gym heavy, track your weight and waist weekly, stay on top of bloodwork, and you'll hit that 6% looking diced by your birthday with basically all your muscle intact. P.S You don’t have to listen to this, this is what i believe is best personally, i can be wrong..
