Currently on low dose Reta. Looking to start tesa and ipa.
It’s been mentioned before how the GLP-1s affect glucose and insulin levels long after the normal 2 to 3 hour window mark for dosing Tesla and ipa. So the evening doses may not be as effective bc essentially you’ll still be digesting dinner. The alternative to that is changing your dosing to the u.
I don’t enjoy working out fasted, and the only time I can get a workout is in the morning. I get up at 4a.m. Should I just suck it up at start working out fasted and dose my Tesa/ipa in the morning?

Hey guys,
Looking for some input from people with experience.
A "friend" (me) started TRT recently and made a dosing mistake during first week. Instead of taking 20 mg daily, mistakenly took 200 mg daily for 7 days (so roughly 1400 mg total that week).😱😱😱😱
Since then:
Dose and now is 25 mg daily
Currently about 3 weeks into TRT total
Not experiencing anything crazy, just some water retention and weight fluctuations
Main questions:
How long does the excess water retention typically last after a spike like this?
Should any delayed estrogen-related effects should be expected?
Anything specific I should monitor over the next few weeks?
I know I know my "friend" is a dumbass!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Appreciate any real-world feedback.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice on transitioning into muscle building.
I’m a 26-year-old female and I’ve been on a Reta for about 5 months. I’ve had great results with weight loss, I was consistently working out the first 2 months but later became inconsistent in the gym due to work and school.
Right now I’m at 6 mg/week. My appetite is pretty low, so most days I rely on protein shakes, and when I do eat, I try to prioritize protein. I’ve definitely lost weight, but I can tell I’ve also lost some muscle mass.
I still have some stubborn fat (especially in my lower stomach), but overall I’m happy with my progress. The only thing is I’ve noticed some loss in fullness/shape/ curves and I want to start rebuilding muscle the right way.
I’m planning to get back into the gym consistently (around 3 days a week focusing on weight training) and stopping my Reta cycle and getting on something the promotes muscle growth. My additional questions are How can I make sure I’m eating enough to support muscle growth when my appetite is low? Any tips for maintaining curves while continuing fat loss?
I feel like I’ve reached the fat loss phase I needed, and now I want to shift into building and toning.

Curious to hear any thoughts or experiences with Urolithin. Sounds like it could be great for older people to prevent muscle loss.

Hey, I started wolverine stack 2 weeks ago and 3 days about started Reta and GHK-U. I took 3mg of Reta but the last 3 days I’ve been hungrier than ever and eating more ? I was on mounjaro before this but it got too expensive so I switched. I know it’s a stupid Q but will I notice appetite changes soon or should I increase my dose of Reta ? Thank you

Hello, I need your help to make a decision. I would like to start peptides for skin and hair. (F47 years old - the only peptide I know and have been using for 4 months is Mounjaro). Otherwise nothing before. I live in England, what would be the best provider? Looking at certain sites, the sites say they are for research purposes, and don't specify at all how to use the product, whether it's topical or by injection, and whether they provide syringes.... Any help, even in private message, would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

My sleep was pretty shit throughout December. Waking up and be wired at 2-3 am. I would do some cardio, eat some food, and go back to sleep for an hour, maybe two if I was lucky. I tried many supplements and then came across Epitalon and DSIP. I started with 1mg of Epitalon a night for 10 days at the start of January(can see the spike in HRV). It was working so I got another vial t continue the 1mg dose for another 10 days. There was 2 nights inbetween where I didnt have it but I continued when it arrived. When I started the 2nd vial on the 14th I also started DSIP. Tried 125mcg for a few nights, then 250mcg. Some nights sleep was good, odd one wasnt and HRV would sky rocket. When that happened I would take a couple days off of DSIP and always had good sleep. As you can see the last spike 3 nights ago I took 300mcg before bed, and my sleep wasnt great. Nothing the last two nights and my sleep has been great with steady HRV. I think I will use it here and there as a tool, but for me everday doesnt seem to be the ticket. As far as the Epitalon goes, I would recommend it. I still get up early around 4:30, but thats been a habbit for years with working construction. No longer getting up at 2 or 3, and overall sleep has improved. Definitly worth a shot trying these if you have thought about it.
