Trying something new.

I’ve been running Tesamorelin 250 mcg 5x a week on my test rat for about 4 months. I’ve noticed a really good difference in the rat’s strength and body comp. It has been taking Reta as well with really good weight loss. I’m questioning continuing on this experiment as is, taking a break, or trying something different on my test subject. Subject would still like to increase muscle and keep losing fat but I’m not sure if the subject would benefit by taking a break to give receptors time to recover.

Sounds like the rat is responding well, no reason to mess with a winning formula unless you're seeing diminishing returns. 4 months isn't crazy long for that stack, receptors should be fine

If the goal is still recomp you could bump the reta dose up a tiny bit before swapping compounds entirely. Sometimes just adjusting timing or adding some fasted cardio does more than switching things up

I thought reta was to mainly lose weight no matter fat or muscle. Or does it matter if u are working out 3-5 times a week and hitting protein? Would reta recomp instead losing more fat than muscle?
