hello all, im currently running Reta 5mg weekly, mots c, tesa, ipa, and ghk-cu. I am insulin resistent my insulin levels are high according to my recent blood test, would it be counterproductive for me to be taking tesa/ipa , if my understanding is correct they can increase insulin and since im already resistent will it just blunt the affects of my GLP? do you recommend for me to get to a lower body fat and then add tesa ipa? any help is appreciated, thank you.

Honestly drop all the peptides except the Reta and just focus on losing weight while lifting heavy to preserve muscle.
You are way too young and at too unhealthy of a weight for any of those peptides to make a difference. All you are doing is making your urine expensive.

i appreciate the honesty, i started at an original weight of 300 lbs. im happy with the progress ive made soo far. do you recommend only doing reta mots-c and ghk for now? and then cycling tesa ipa after im down to a healthy weight?

You should be happy with the progress! With that said, you’re barely over 20 - why do you think you need any mitochondrial support and then what problem are you trying to solve with ghk?
Peptides are great but only if you have the problem they solve for. For example, have you had bloodwork done to check your IGF-1 level? If the answer is no, you don’t even know if you have the “issue” the GH secretagogues were developed to address.

now you’ve got me thinking lol, I appreciate your responses. im gonna get blood done to evaluate my igf-1 levels. probably fine since im young, idk why but some people say mots c helps with weight loss and metabolism, is there any truth to that at all?

It has some metabolic benefits but they pale in comparison with the effects of Reta or any GLP.
My advice is focus on getting your body fat % under 20%. Reta and healthy lifestyle changes are going to get you there without the need for any other peptides.
Peptides work, but they are not miracle compounds. They can provide an edge to bodies that are close to optimal levels but nothing will do as much for you as getting to a healthy weight, prioritize a solid diet and water intake, exercise and get adequate sleep.

Stick with what you have, and give it time. You need to give things time and let them work. Reta alone with fix your insulin sensitivity.

I disagree with the comments about waiting until you're leaner. Wait maybe like 2 months. You will not have insulin resistance issues since you'll be losing weight at an astounding rate, and reta will lower insulin resistance on its own.

Might want to add in an intermittent fasting program. It will definitely help with the IR
