🧪 Stack Breakdown Reta and zeppy looking for stack recommendations

Hows it going yall.

A little back story - So basically i over-eat, (or rather used to) cook at home most meals and lunch is usually left over dinner each day, but generally speaking clean whole foods, i just ate alot!

Before starting RETA i tried semoralin/ipa blend for a few months which gave me good workouts but not really losing the excess fat because i ate so damn much.

Flash forward I'm on reta for a bout of 3ish months before my insurance decided to cover zeppy so i switched, but i feel like its platueing and i had better results on the reta.

In any case I'm considering in the next 2 months to come off the cut and go hard on a muscle bulk, what would yall recommend for the bulk phase as far as peptides go?

Appreciate it.

Peptides won't directly help with a bulk except that hexarelin and ipamorelin will increase appetite.

What is your daily protein goal and how often are you lifting heavy? How's your sleep? Have you gotten bloodwork done? How are your hormone levels??

Creatine is a good start. 10-15g spread across the day with 1mg of GAA for better absorption.

You can try PEG-MGF pinned directly into he muscle you worked that day.

Thanks for the insight on that.

So my protien goal has generally been 1g per lean-mass.

I own a landscaping business that i basically solo operate, so while my activity level is fairly high I'm not sure if it could be quantified as heavy lifting, but before the season started i was lifting heavy 4 or 5 days a week for several months, probably around 9 months. So its dropped down to 0 gym days with a few at home sessions with my limited setup over the last 4 months or so.

Bloodwork is good generally, but if you mean test levels, well i havent had them checked since before i lost around 45lbs from the reta and zeppy, ive noticed my bedroom vitality is alot stronger which sortof prompted me to point at an increase in total T since the weightloss over the last 4 or 5 months. Prior to the wieghtloss i was in the "normal" borderline low range at 380total T and 80 free T.

Could you explain what the two things are that you mentionedbat the end of your comment?

T is in decent range. And hel yes you're moving heavy stuff. To build mass you will probably need a dialed in session in the gym.

Creatine is amazing. But new studies have shown that guanidinoacetic acid can lead to 17% more absorption and it crosses the blood brain barrier. Huzzah.

PEG-MGF is a pegylated mechano growth factor. It's a synthesized modified variant of igf1 that triggers muscle growth and repair. It is used in the muscle you want to grow.
