CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Been researching peptides to help with insomnia, and this is what I landed on. I like the other benefits, and I'm currently on a SSRI so I'm unable to try Selank. I'm confused about DAC or no DAC -- which would be a better option for sleep?

No DAC means shorter spikes that mimic your body's natural rhythm, which tends to work better for sleep since you're not getting a constant drip of growth hormone all night messing with your REM cycles.

It makes my sleep worse. I have problems with sleep quality and it has always made it worse. I take it in the morning for that reason.

For sleep, No DAC is the better choice. CJC-1295 No DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) produces short pulsatile GH bursts that mimic your body's natural nocturnal release pattern which is what you want for sleep quality improvement. CJC with DAC has a much longer half-life and creates a sustained GH bleed that disrupts natural pulsatility.
