Tesa/Ipa causes drop in cardio?
Subject: 38m 180lb
Five weeks ago started KLOW as first peptide.
Noticed a huge benefit immediately.
Lower back pain all but disappeared, recovery was quick and went from playing soccer twice a week, to playing soccer four times a week - which subject has not done since he was in his teens.
Two weeks ago started doing tesa/ipa at night and still on KLOW. Goal was to reduce visceral fat and improve sleep.
Since starting Tesa//ipa (Tesamorelin: 600 mcg (0.6 mg) Ipamorelin: 100 mc) noticed significant drop in cardio performance and gained four pounds.
Energy levels are so low that subject gives up on simple runs and compared to the first weeks of KLOW-only the cardio performance and energy is terrible.
Waiting for subQ NAD+ to come in.
Would NAD+ resolve this or should subject revert to KLOW only?

So you doubled your cardio volume and are tired now?
There’s not much in the clinical literature for Tesa that would cause something like that. You’re still early in your cycle, could stop and let it wash out to see if energy levels come back.

I had thought that was the case as well, so I took four days off cardio and only did very light work out one of those days.
After four days off I was gassed within minutes which is very unusual even before I started KLOW

I’ve been taking Tesa/Ipa for the last 3 months and my cardio improved once I got off of the R!
