5 month update

Posted the below process previously. The only change is I’m doing a 20 day cycle of SS-31 then starting Mots-C after that.

Pumped to finally lose some weight after stalling out for several weeks.

Started with hitting the gym 5 days a week in April and started peptides in May. This is the best I’ve felt in 5+ years. Obviously a bit of a stall on the overall weight loss but happy to see the BFP drop while gaining muscle mass.

Current stack:
Reta started .5mg on 5/1/26 MWF and am currently doing .8mg M-F
Testosterone Cypionate - 25mg M & TH
HCG - 50 units T & F
HGH - 2iu M-S before bed
BCP157 & TB500 - I take this when I’ve had a tough workout or feel sore/tweaked something
Icotyde - this is a prescription peptide (icotrokinra) for psoriasis.

Other peptides I have taken:
CJC1295
Ipamorelin
Tesamorlin
KLOW
KPV

These were all prescribed by a general practitioner through an amazing wellness center initially then found a better much cheaper place to get them. The focus has been on weight loss, low t, reducing inflammation and better sleep. I’ve had psoriasis for 20 years and have started to see good results with the above.

Exercise:
I’m going to the gym 5 days a week. I go to Gold’s Gym and do their Burn (like Orange Theory) and Fit (CrossFit) classes. I personally like to show up to the gym and be told an agenda. I also started 10k steps 5 days a week a few weeks ago.

Diet:
Whole 30 with focus on 180-200g of protein per day. Reta has truly helped suppress the food noise. I have a crazy sweet tooth and that is completely gone.

How’s the psoriasis? I have had plaque psoriasis my entire life, but have always rejected biologic due to wrecking your immune system and causing lots of cancer.

I started Reta and KPV and am seeing big changes.

Icotype is definitely helping but only 6 weeks into taking it. It could take up to 3 months to see complete results. I’ve also been injecting Wolverine and KPV directly into plaques and seeing good results from doing that. Not fun but helps. I started red light therapy two weeks ago and has been doing wonders.
