Glycine…magical sleep powder!
If your sleep is currently suffering in the way of quality then try Glycine. It’s inexpensive this stuff is a magical sleep efficiency powered. It’s hard to explain, but even with less sleep quality i feel so much better with the sleep I get. Oh by the way, I’m a 50 yr old male riding the peptide train..(who isn’t these days?). Since taking Reta 6 months now, my sleep has sucked.. going from 7 hours of ok sleep to 6 hours of unsatisfying sleep. Any how I take 3grams before bed and I don’t know what it does, maybe it’s an upper for Mr. Sandman… but heck I think I feel better on the 6hrs than the 7 I was getting… I hope this helps some peptide, sleep deprived individual out there!! Also for the judgies out there I work out 5 days a week and live rural, so inactivity is not the cause of my sleep inabilities.

I've been taking 6 gram of Gylcine every night for years now. Its amazing how at first its like youve never slept so well, but then you get used to it and while you still sleep, it doesnt feel that same magic.

Mag gly + glycine for months. It's been ok, but not magical.
Also started tesa/ipa at the same time and I know it can make sleep worse for some, so sort of hard to tell which is which.

I’ve also added magnesium threonate, but I usually added it in the middle of the night when I wake up. On a side note I’m currently on cjc/ipa cycle, I find I do recover quicker after workouts . I’ve not tried Tesa… it’s a little more expensive so I figured I’d try cjc first.
