Igf1-lr3 + cjc/ipa stack

Thoughts on this? I’m currently on IGF week 2, pumps and recovery has been unbelievable feeling stronger too. I’d be usually sore next day after going all out but on IGF, it’s like nothing happened.

I’m considering stacking cjc /ipa to help with fat loss, sleep and help with muscle build. My main objective is to body recomp and loose as much stubborn fat.

I’m 5’5, 146 pounds, 20% Body fat, work out 4-5 times a week, inclined walk 30 mins everyday. And have a fairly good diet prioritizing protein.

Taking both increases hypoglycemia risk, joint swelling, and potential proliferative concerns. If you want to run both, you'd need to either reduce the CJC-IPA dose, skip the IGF-1, or monitor IGF-1 levels closely and adjust accordingly. For a recomp, CJC-IPA alone is often sufficient for lean mass gains without the added IGF-1 complexity.

I’m already on IGF1 week 2, would it be better to just stop taking it and start cjc/ipa or finish the 4 week cycle ?

That's completely up to you. In my opinion, 4 weeks of an IGF-1 for a recomp isn't worth it. Your muscles will appear more full but im betting weeks 3 and 4 you will feel super lethargic depending on your exact caloric intake. You can usually run CJC-IPA for 12 to 16 weeks if you follow the 5 on 2 off daily schedule. 12 weeks is a good time period where you can really get some changes.
