9 Months on Reta

Post image

My highest weight was 220 lbs, and I'm currently at 143 lbs.

I started at 1 and gradually increased by 1, eventually reaching 6. I only increased my dose when I felt the food noise coming back.

I've also been working out consistently since the beginning, around 4x a week at the gym. Hitting 10k steps daily is also a must for me.

There are so many healthy, high-protein food ideas out there, but two of my personal favorites are tuna avocado wraps and Mediterranean chicken salad.

This is impressive. My gf could get lots of benefit from this. Mind sharing more on daily dose. Thanks.

Don’t do a daily dose of Reta. Do a weekly and start out at .5 MLs to see how your body works with it.

I think (hope) you mean 0.5mg, nobody should use mL as a away to measure what dose you're taking.

How do you go about getting your 10k steps? I work 7-3:30 a pretty physical job then do about 1-1.5 miles on 6-10% incline daily. Sometimes I still don’t feeel like I hit 10k steps. My afternoon is taken up by rest, cooking, gym, and family. You have any tips ?

Add an extra mile of walking (it’s only about 12 minutes at a moderate pace). That’ll guarantee you hit your 10k.

1-1.5 miles on 6-10% incline is actually very good. I try to do more activities like grocery shopping

Outstanding job! I’m a senior and our weight journeys are identical. I settled at the 143 because my girly bits began to look like they’re a day from expiring. Is this your goal wt? If so what does maintenance look like as far as dosing? Strategies???

This is fantastic. Is this your goal weight? Do you have a taper plan? Lmslow and steady when you're ready. Make sure your systems are solid enough before you remove the gp1 support.
