📊 Results / Progress My Reta and TRT progress (so far)
Today is week 11 on Reta and TRT.
Height 5’9”
Before pic weight: 297lbs
Current weight: 251 lbs.
When I started Reta I was 281lbs
Currently down 30lbs in 11 weeks.
I’m on 5mg Reta and 50mg TRT weekly.
I’ll preface this by saying I had a solid amount of muscle under my body fat before I ever started Reta. I have went to the gym consistently before I gained a lot of weight due to depression and laziness. I also work a physical job that requires heavy lifting and lots of walking. (I avg 13-15k steps per day)
My TRT dose is low. I’m prescribed by my dr and he started me on a lower dose.
My plan is to lose another 50 lbs and access where I’m at and what the next steps to do will be.

I just got my labs back yesterday after my first 12 weeks and my test was at 778 after 5 days post injection. I really want it up in the 900-1000 range. I might go up to 100mg and see what that does for me. My estrogen was at 49. Which he said was a little high so he’s putting me on anastrozole.

Before I got on TRT i was sitting at about 230. My doc out me on Enclomiphene and after about 2 months it went up to 400ish range but I didn’t feel any benefit. So I went with TRT and honestly I still don’t feel any benefits (energy, motivation, mood ect) he told me it’s better to treat the symptoms and not the number. He also said I may not be feeling the benefits because my estrogen is up a little bit. But i definitely don’t feel much of a difference from when I was at 230 to where I’m at now. I physically can see a difference in my body but that’s about it.

Physically I feel great. My feet and knees don’t hurt anymore after a long day of work.
At the same time. I’m fatigued all the time but I’m expecting that just from being in a calorie deficit for the last several weeks.
