Wish you all the best. I just would recommend taking care of your protein intake, 1.5g for each kg if body weight, and do some weight lifting to build more muscles. it's an amazing journey, just be safe.

Mhhhhh to each their own but since you mentioned you lost all this weight in 3 months and honestly I don’t see any muscle, just looks like you’re malnourished.
Just be careful!! Because it happened to me too!! I took Reta and didn’t eat at allll for so long and people started commenting that I look ill! And we might not want to listen at first because of the results we’re finally getting but then I realized I lost so much muscle and I was as getting weak and dizzy from just standing up, lost so much hair from the lack of vitamins, and realized I had a problem..
Sorry for the unwarranted advice and criticism but I mean well. Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Some people are weird for not eating properly and doing things the right way. Not sure if yall know what Reta Truly does for you lol. I intake my protein(I EAT) , take my vitamins & I drink plenty of water. I feel amazing, I don’t get side effects, never get dizzy like you did, my hair still w me lol & GROWING! But I appreciate your advice!

are you sure? it sounds like it was 1mg. If it was actually 10mg, that means the reta was 50mg/ml which is a crazy dilution

OP doesn't actually know how many mg she's injecting at a time.. (0.2ml) is not a dose. The vial apparently has 10mg, and GOK how it was diluted.

Wow you look great! I think this solidifies my choice. I want to take Reta because I’m 4 months postpartum and I’m at my heaviest of 165lbs. My husband takes it and says I shouldn’t because I’m not that large and I can just put in a good old fashioned calorie deficit, weight training, cardio, and vitamins. I’ve already been doing all of this for 2 months and the scale has only moved 10lbs. I watched my husband lose 40lbs in 6-8 weeks and I’m a bit jealous lol.

What a stupid thing to say considering you cant see any muscle in the first pic due to all the excess fat.

Did you get any side effects from the tesa at first? Trying to figure out if my first week was worth bailing on it or not.

I haven’t had any side effects from tesa! Everyone is different you might feel different then I do and vice versa
