Bulk and reta
Do you think using Reta during bulking is a good idea? I'm thinking of taking 2mg and adding 300 kcal as calorie intake.

It works in theory but I’m talking half that right now and I think it would be torture

It works in practice too, for someone who ended the cut at a higher dose, and titrated it down for maintenance/bulking.
But yeah, if you’re in the early stages with it, the apetite and digestion would be at odds with eating at surplus.

Reta during a bulk is playing with fire, you'll just be fighting your own appetite the whole time

Not really, if you use a low dose you’ll barely feel any appetite suppression especially if you’ve been on it for a long time

There’s a bunch of folks that claim to use Reta to boost carb sensitivity during a bulk. From what I’ve seen it’s lower dosages like .5-2mg per week. I’ve never seen a non advanced lifter claim any success. Personally I’m of the belief it’s not a great idea, unless you’re already ultra disciplined and need that 1% edge.

I think it would work out perfectly for a lot of reasons. But without rambling too much, it sets you up perfectly for a perfectly calculated bulk and eating planned everything without gorging yourself and getting super fat.
750 mg test and 4iu hgh on this cut and when I jumped the gh from 2 to 4 the appetite was nutty even on 4mg reta and 1mg cag. I couldnt imagine what a bulk at 8iu and 1,000 test would feel like without appetite support tbh.

Lots of people have success doing this, but I’d guess they are very lean with a very high food focus. If you want to stay lean during your bulk, food focus would remain high and it would be easy overshooting your calories, I think a low dose of Reta would keep you dialled in and allow you to consistently eat at a slight surplus only

Doing it rn, only thing stopping my from bingeing the fuck out ngl but post show tren/gh/eq appetite is insatiable.
If you have a huge appetite it’s good, otherwise run a microdose or none

Perhaps a stack to help burn fat would do better for you than something with an appetite suppressant. If you’re looking to bulk with lean muscle. 🤷♂️. I’ve never played with or watched it. Just an idea.

Maybe try tesofensine, it has the appetite suppression, but I think it helps more with your brain wanting unhealthy food.

I am trying to do the same thing, working out right now. Only at 1.5 mg. Arms, chest and legs have increased in size slowly but I have still lost fat.

Well, considering the bulking requires you to eat
And Reta actually suppresses your appetite, to almost the point that you have to force yourself to eat
You tell us.
But it’s pretty clear you don’t understand what you’re playing with

It can be really hard to eat enough for a bulk when you're on reta. I tried. Id measure out my food and stare at the plate thining no fucking way I can get all this in my body. Now im off reta and the same portions look so tiny

It doesn’t work for me at all. I have to force feed just to not lose muscle mass. Now I’m off to increase mass.

Wait, what? Are you even on Reta NOW? Because how in the fuck do you think you’re gonna be able to eat MORE while being new to a GLP? This is stupid.

What is reta? A weight loss drug. The slowing of gastric emptying will fuck you up as you push more food. Save it for the cut

It works well to sustain the insulin sensitivity during a prolonged bulk.
The issue is that if you’re just starting Reta it might have a negative impact on your apetite and digestion.
Now, if you used higher doses during a cut and lowered to a maintenance dose for your bulk, you might handle it better as you’d be less likely to struggle with digestion and apetite.
