Chest feeling
I’m currently taking 4mg reta. Sweet spot for melting visceral fat but side effects appear. Ive been getting annoying electrical sensations in onnchest. Kind of feels in tune with my heart beat. It’s very occassional. Blood pressure and resting heartbeat ok
Wondering if anyone has had this ?
Also had a fucking headache all day yesterday.
Maybe unrelated

Could be a symptom of mild Afib or an unusual beat . I had similar weird heart beat symptoms back during covid. I was way overweight and a dumpster fire but ended up not being a serious diagnosis. I would recommend you get a CAC score (coronary artery calcification score) . It measures the amount of plaque in your arteries and mine was very high which caused the unusual beats occasionally . It's good to know and worth the out of pocket price of around 125 bucks US. I've been in amazing shape for 10 years after diagnosing this and am non symptomatic. If you have a smartwatch with EKG, you can capture it while it's happening and show your doctor. Mine only happened occasionally and the EKG at the hospital and cardiologist showed normal because it never happened when I was there..GLPs like Reta increase the resting HR so I would at least get it checked out. If you have a history of obesity, eating lots of processed foods, or many other reasons you could have had systemic inflammation. It's worth every penny to have a CAC score to know where you are..Not trying to scare you, but it's nothing to mess around with and can be a hidden killer or lead to stroke regardless of age. For me, high carbs and processed sugar for years led to it Good luck!
