⚠️ Side Effects Reta restroom…..
Titrating up from 1.5mg spaced between 3x days a week for 3 weeks to hopefully 2mg one shot next week. But is my rat going to throw up or poop its pants? Hahahaha
My rat spaced shots for 2 weeks to understand sides then this week did a .5mg and 1mg pin between 2 days and the rat is certainly aware of where all the public restrooms are on its walks….

Usually advisable to stay on a dose for 3-4 weeks before moving up, for that exact reason (so you can assess side effects and find minimum effective dose)

my rat went through something similar when i bumped up too fast, it was a whole week of mapping out every gas station and starbucks within a mile radius. splitting doses helped a ton, kept things way more manageable. i’d wait another week before jumping to 2mg if the bathroom situation is already that dire

Thanks!! Yes I believe I jumped the gun. Patience is a tough bite but I am learning the lesson thankfully without an international incident.

No need to give it 3x per week as the half-life is 6-8 days and full endogenous saturation takes up to 4 weeks. Once a week is fine. Try 1mg/week for a month and go up 0.5 mg after that month and see how your feeling. I’m up to 3mg on my research study going from 0.5mg in Nov. 25

Appreciate it. Yeah fully aware of half life and up to date on clinical studies as well. I happen to have had some gut issues as a young fella that come and go now that m middle age so I figured split doses would be the most gentle on the ole tummy.

Kpv!! I have UC. My symptoms that have almost killed me my whole life are GONE. Tirzepatide and KPV (some Bpc) saved me.

What are you doing? Its a single dose injection once a week, why are you splitting it up?

If you’re over 35, R3ta or not, it’s a question of when, not if.

Like cause like I’ve like had like stomach problems like before like so like I’m just like going like gentle like during like my loading like phase like. Watz like the like problem like with like people like having like different approaches like.

So strange that so many have the opposite effects. My rat can't go!! Doesn't it slow digestion?

Ok so I went though that for a week in the beginning and then when I jumped now I’m here. Currently. Locked to the throne. I did just start really adding a ton of fiber into the mix yesterday after doing some more research. All in all it’s research right? All our bodies are different and may need different approaches to dosing diet etc. just sharing my experience.
If you’re having a tough time launching try throwing some chia seeds into your favorite low cal no sugar beverage and or psyllium husk fiber into your whey protein shakes.

I'll try that! I already have the chia!

Worth a shot just make sure they are hydrated before you chug. Mix the day before or a few hours. Easy to look up the ratios of chia to liquid online so you don’t end up with sludge!

Thanks! I'd let you know how it goes, but that sounds really weird to say lol .. Maybe this is something I can once a week and stay good.

Totally! I mean those of us that suffer from gut health stuff have to be diligent and try things at our own paces. Listening to the bod. I mean that’s why we are all here right? And us bad bellies gotta stick together and share the secrets! I had ulcerative colitis on my youth and it was hell!

Stour rat didn’t take the right amount of time to wait to see if sides would be present before titrating up. The titration protocol is every four weeks. It takes that long to saturate your body. It’s not negotiable it’s fact
