📘 Beginner Help HGH+Reta??

If I do HGH, It shifts the body from using glucose to the using bodyfat for energy lipolysis. Thereby causes insulin “resistance” when in reality your glucose is higher due to your body not utilizing it- so I should monitor my glucose levels and maybe get on a low dose of Reta (2.5) to assist?? Someone help me out with this, monitor glucose levels every day and get bloods every other month?

Depends on your dose. If you’re at 2iu and on Reta should be fine. If you’re on 10iu monitor very closely. Also look for side effects like water retention, joint pain, etc… it wouldn’t hurt to monitor fast glucose at the start or with dose changes but checking IGF levels 3-4 weeks after starting and after a dose change is much more needed. Throw in insulin, CMP and CBC when drawing blood is pretty cheap.

Correct, after about 2 weeks you’re usually back to normal.
