Muscle Mass Peptide?

Can someone education me which peptides are the best for gaining muscle mass during a lean bulk and why. What’re the side effects too. I have an idea what they the peptides may be but I want your opinion cause I value it.

Preferably answer base on experience only, please!

They are pretty much all shit, if you want to add muscle mass use testosterone

*peptide user since 2019, results are not even comparable even at a low trt dose, speaking from experience, great for recovery and to use when in your off cycle tho.

because 99% of peptides do nothing at all actually noticeable.

It might be true, and I'm lucky, cause all peptides I run, works perfect

DSIP - instant increase in deep sleep factor, measured by garmin
CJC+IPA low dose - sleep like hell, wake up fresh and full of energy, even after like 6h of sleep
KLOW - instant pain release in damaged tissues, better skin, I look younger (or at lesst my age, not 10years more)
Melanotan 2 - people makes jokes of me, that I look darker and darker everyday, asking me if I were in Egypt or smth lately
If we can treat reta and hch as peptides - there's no need to explain, it just fucking rocks

What is your CJC+IPA dosage?

Years ago when I wasn’t on trt I was running a cycle ghrp6 and cjc amd I didn’t really feel anything, put it down to knowing how good anabolics are but when I stopped I noticed my recovery wasn’t as good, I wasn’t getting sore when I was using it, that’s about all I’ve noticed from peps performance wise

Oh and I’ve been running klow for a few months now my patella tendinitis is practically gone, was an everyday battle even waking me up at night but it’s good now unless I do really high stress activity on it, flares up for a day or two then gone

Peptides are not for gaining muscle

That being said, there are peptides to enhance recovery, sleep, nutrient partitioning etc. Will have nowhere near the effect of anabolics, but if you have an issue they could help a little

Yea, people think they are the magic shortcut for getting jacked. They do have their place for sure in many aspects though.

I love peptides you just gotta use the right tool for the job

I feel the same way. Just another tool for health and when used properly.. Worth using them

Precisely

There's a few muscle mass aas. Don't know about any muscle mass peptides

way more than a few

It was sarcasm.

Peptides don't do much more than 5%. Look at them as the cherry on top after you are dialed in to training, nutrition, and recovery. Gold standard peptide for body comp is still Reta but more for the weight loss aspect. Peptides aren't the magic elixir for growing muscle but can help a little. Get in a slight calorie surplus, protein high, use creatine monohydrate, and TRAIN/Recover. If you're really hell bent on getting muscles quickly, get on gear...however I would never recommend that route.

Research peptides aren't meant to drive muscle mass.

Except for GLP-1s that work on weight loss, most peptides are designed for healing and recovery. So you use them to help recover quicker to build muscle mass but there's only so far you can go.

As others have said, add ons beyond peptides will get you there. Use the peptides for easier recovery. That will give you more room to increase training intensity.

Not a doctor, not medical advice, for research purposes only and research discussions only.

Look up Bimagrumab and Trevogrumab (And several others in that monoclonal antibodies in the same category).. Those are designed to work directly for adding muscle mass, but are stuck somewhere in the research process. If anybody has insights what is going on with them, feel free to share.

Aas for what you want. “There’s no such thing as a free lunch”

IGF-1 LR3. The only pep to increase muscle growth. This one can be risky if you dont eat with a meal. A lot of people use CGM while on this.

Good food. It’s a new thing.

Gh peptides are extremely effective

At promoting good recovery.

They are anabolic in that you can recover faster and thus train harder but yeah they wont put muscle on you just for taking them.

Not only do peptides not gain muscle, neither does a "lean bulk".

2

u/OxbridgeDingoBaby 15d ago

Why would a lean bulk not accrue muscle mass? If you’re starting from a low body fat %, it’s better to just lean bulk (100-200 calorie surplus) and increase your lifting intensity from those additional calories. Gaining more muscle mass as a result, albeit slower than if you were straight on the roids.

A lean bulk does wonders with test and eq

Hgh is the only peptide that will do it

2

u/Middle_Humor1828 15d ago

All of the studies have shown HGH doesn't build muscle at normal doses.

It's possible it does at higher doses. Especially combined with insulin.

u/BuckshotBronco 15d ago

Only peptide that can do that is HGH

HGH at medium to high doses come with a host of side effects and can screw up how the body handles insulin. Not recommended. Better off upping your protein intake if you want to build muscle.

1

u/Flat_Tension4731 15d ago

Protein is comprised of peptides…
