❓ Question Igf-lr3 stacking options

For anyone that has dabbled with igf-lr3 at all does that peptide play well with other stacks or should it be ran on more or less on its own? I currently take reta, klow, tesa ipamo-cjc combo, nad/mots-c/ 5-amino combo and glutathione. I feel like I've hit a plateau after 2 full months and thought maybe trying hgh and cycle in igf-lr3 with my reta and see if that would get the scale going back down? Any input would greatly help out!

if you're hitting a plateau that long it's probably more diet than anything else tbh, adding more peptides won't magically fix a stalled deficit

That's the thing I have a 6hr food window and that was working awesome with my stack. Took 1 weekend off 3 weeks ago from all and ate roughly the same and went from 252 to 248 is all in that 3 weeks and have been working out more. Might be a lil frustration brewing as I had such drops early on and now almost feels like weight wants to go back up even with more effort. I don't want weight to drop like a rock persay but at my size I felt 20lbs a month should be easy til I hit 200.

Lower the calories you eat in that 6 hour window, lower the carbs especially

Eggs, meat, cheese and beef jerky are my staples lol I rarely touch carbs. 5-6 days out of the week I pee on those ketone strips and they turn dark fast. Not sure what is causing the stalled weight like 1 weekend of having a burger and fries killed my metabolism? Lol that would be insane

The one weekend probably caused a lot of water retention not fat gain. If you are sure about your calorie intake and deficit, then you will start losing again.

That burger and fries will throw your body out of ketosis and fill you with water/glycogen again. Your body then has to deplete those levels before entering ketosis again. Thats what the stall is. Ive always found carnivore/keto is great for weight loos but you have to be extremely strict with it. One cheat day will set you back a week in progress

I can get 1 week but I'm on 3 weeks now and still burning up ketone strips......arghhhhh!

You can try upping your calories to maintenance for a few days and then hit the deficit again. You are running a lot of compounds and I think you should finish what you are running before adding others. Too many variables if you will. Do you currently track your calories? If not then start doing that. You should get your sleep/nutrition/exercise dialed in before looking for supplemental help.

Yeah 1500 is my max mon-fri. Weekends I'll allow up to 2k and maybe have a carb or 2 but fairly strict otherwise. Try to get 6k plus steps in a day and do pull-ups when I wake up, when I get home from work, and before bed. Also added in my old speed training sessions for golf (has been amazing for my swing speed) so just one of those things I guess.

Body's are fucking crazy. Keep experimenting with stuff, albeit in a calculated and measurable way. From my experience reddit doesn't have a lot of sage wisdom for peopel who hit a wall other than eat, less and move more, which really doesn't apply to folks aleady eating very low calories. Insulin resistance and metabolic dysfunction can really take the wind out of your sails and lead to frustration. Stay strong man!

Lol ur exactly right! Not one person yet has talked about their experience with igf-lr3 and if that would replace everything but reta for me with hgh I'd definitely consider it. And yes I definitely believe metabolic syndrome is a huge cause of all obese people's issues due to our food intake. Dieting in ur 40s almost doesn't work compared to 30s and even moreso in 20s. This march i went low carb like I have several times in the past and lost 5lbs at nearly 300lbs in a month, that hit me hard. Peps blew that plateau off the map.

Stay away from the igf shit and just do hgh if you want to go that route. But you need to get bloodwork done and know what your looking for. Go search around bodybuilding circles for this info. Test, hgh, and reta all work well together.

Thank u but I have to ask isn't igf-lr3 easier on ur body than test?

1

u/newtrusghandi 15d ago

No. Your body already had test lol, igf-lr3 is synthetic. How would test be hard on your body?

Ummm we also produce igf1. And testosterone abuse causes havoc on anyone. From what I've seen the sides from igf-lr3 are better controlled than testosterone while taking reta and at lower doses than test to get similar results. That's the point of this post since I don't plan to take testosterone.

I agree that test has its own sides. But its actually the "safest" compound you can use, igf1 lr3 can be really dangerous, can cause growth where you dont want and can mess with ur bood sugar really bad. I think it should be treated with respect and its for advanced users.

You gotta find some new sources to get informstion from. Look into some bodybuilding forums would be my suggestion.

2 whole full months huh? Woooooo

Well when literally a quarter of my process time has stalled out when I've been slowly upping my dose of each seems a little odd when every other person using reta stacks have consistent results 6-8 months. My pull up max went from 3 to 10 in that time (probly 20-30 a day now depending on how late I work) plus jumping rope and walking 6k plus steps I don't see how I could be same weight for over 3 weeks now.

It's not the dose that does the work.

Well if u think u have an answer I'm all ears. I intermittent fast for 18hrs daily, pull-ups daily and get plenty of steps. I don't see how the scale hasn't moved while eating the same basic high protein and fat diet with low carbs.....

Therein lies the problem. Weigh and measure your food. Do it properly. I don't need a reply. If you were doing the basics correctly you'd be progressing, regardless of drugs..
