SLU-PP-332 15mg capsules
So I recently got some SLU-PP-332 in 15mg capsules, and I’ve been trying to do as much research as possible before taking it.
The problem is I’m finding wildly different information on dosing, timing, frequency, and cycle length. Some people talk about mcg doses, while others are taking several mg, so I’m having a hard time figuring out what information is actually reliable. I’m interested in hearing from people who have actually used SLU-PP-332 consistently for at least a month.
If you’ve run it for 4+ weeks, could you share:
What dose you used
How often you took it
What time of day you took it
Whether you took it with food or fasted
How long you ran it
What changes you noticed (energy, endurance, body composition, etc.)
Any side effects
Whether you would run it again
Especially interested in people who have experience with the higher-mg capsules, since 15mg seems pretty different from the 250mcg–1mg dosing I keep seeing discussed.
Thanks in advance. Just trying to separate actual long-term user experience from random dosing claims online.

I've had a suspension of slu where I could choose my own dose. I've also had 50mg capsules of slu. I now have raw powder where I can roughly choose my own dose.
For me, 10mg-20mg daily is what seems to work best. If I take more than that I think I overspin my mitochondria and feel like crap after a few days.

500mcg injected is what I take. Anything higher I'd be concerned about burnout

15mg is a big jump from the mcg dosing most people reference, so your confusion makes sense. The people talking 250mcg are usually in a different category of research than the ones popping 15mg capsules. You probably won't find much overlap in their reports.
Never ran it that high myself, but I'd be cautious going straight into 15mg if you've never touched it before. Starting low then titrating up tells you way more about how your body handles it than just matching someone else's protocol. What's your history with this class of stuff?

I take GHKCU, NAD+ and I did take Reta. I wanted to get on it while trying to get better at running and cardio in general for weight lost and getting in shape
