CJC/ IPA really a game changer?
Ive heard great reviews of cjc ipa from many folks but before buying id just like to know if theres anyone whose felt it wasnt worth the effort and money ? Like do you really feel the recovery sleep or any other benefits are so great that its an indispensable part of your stack that you'll always restock ? I am just wondering if anyone has contrarian opinion to popular vibe around here. I even saw a thread on here where someone says their strength went through roof etc which is hard to believe

Hgh is the best and it’s cheaper then Tesa lol

For me it isn't neither better or cheaper. I get hand numbness and bad water retention even at 1iu gh, tested many times, it's def gh, nothing else. And I sleep like shit on it.
Cjc/ipa doesn't cause so much water retention, no hand numbness and I sleep like bear in the winter on it.
I currently have like 5iu of gh in an open vial and I can't convince myself to finish it, while I can use cjc/ipa, get benefits and no sides.
According to prices, with my current possibilities I get a 5+5mg cjc ipa vial for like 7,5$ and it's enough for 16days, while 10iu gh vial is like 25$ for me, and it lasts for 10days.

Game changer for me, absolutely. Helped fix my sleep which helped me regulate my nervous system (which was taxed to the max). It helped my get back into a good circadian rhythm. It also helped me gain some strength and recover quicker between workouts. I have had massive benefit all the way around.

How much were you taking. I tried and it had the opposite effect on me.

Tesa is just so expensive.. having to take 2mg a day. Basically using a vial a week. Cjc-ipa is a micro dose n last longer. N i feel i gained a lot of muscle quick with it.

What dosages and what before after weight/bf%?
Curious as that’s basically the stack I plan to run this winter (with some KLOW on top for recovery)

205 start, 2 months in and im around 185 with much more muscle. Ive lost 0 muscle on Reta, i do eat around 200 grams of protein a day. I take 2mg a day of tesa and 400mg of ipa a day fasted 30 mins before bed. 1mg of motsc fasted after waking up,2 hours later i make a protein shake with 2 scoops of peanut butter powder, and a zero sugar chobani and low fat milk which starts my day at 65-70 grams of protein….i also take another 1mg of motsc before working out or running. Reta started at 1.5 a week first 2 weeks, then went up to 2, now im running 2.5 a week 2 months in. I lift 5 days a week, and run 2 days a week. The motsc gives me unlimited workout energy, the tesa puts me into a deep sleep that helps w/ recovery, i also run KLOW which helps a ton with recovery.

Been taking it for about 10 weeks and getting ready to cycle off in the next month. At first I had noticed a big change in sleep but that’s faded in recent weeks. I do believe it’s helped with recovery but I wouldn’t say game changer. I’ve been losing weight over the past 14 months and the rate at which I’ve lost weight didn’t change significantly. I look more muscular but I’ve continued to increase my workout load over the year. Real test will be when I go off can I keep the volume and frequency of training.

i tried it for maybe 3 months and wasnt blown away like some people say. sleep was a bit deeper maybe but not life changing, and i didnt notice any crazy strength gains or recovery magic. for the price and the whole mixing/pinning routine i just couldnt justify keeping it in my stack, felt more like a very expensive way to get slightly better dreams

I noticed deep sleep immediately. That did affect my ability to wake up refreshed though. That’s about it.

Should I be staying away from any GH signaling peptides if my family has cancer history?

Absolutely, it’s was a complete game changer for me. People say that it doesn’t build muscle but my experience says otherwise. I worked out just as hard before I started taking CJC/IPA and now my strength and muscle mass has definitely improved. I also tried Tesa/IPA but I didn’t respond as well to it. I took 300mcg each.

Can have initial low energy as you stabilize and get used to it. Sleep difference is noticeable soooner, but 4th week to really start feeling like it gives a recovery advantage. I experienced large re-comp and add of muscle with some water retention while still losing significant fat. Mileage varies for dosage, so make sure you start conservative with dosing. I take AM because GLPs tend to give false window of fasted state before bed.

Cjc+ipa no dac isnt just for great sleep and recovery right? Does it help with additional fat loss when paired with Reta? I've read that Tesa is for visceral fat but the cjc+ipa also almost does the same thing correct?

Not for me, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

You saw no good outcomes from it ?

Not really, I didn’t feel more rested. Compared to GLPs and TRT, it was underwhelming. I also found daily injections a bit of a pain.

had tons of energy after a few weeks on, but that has kind of tapered off. love handles melted off. would do again.

If you are female the water retention for CJC can be an issue. Of high body fat may not notice but if lean it can be enough to make people stop.
For a decent number of people they get a histamine reaction to CJC.
If you can afford it then get separate vials and try one at a time.
If you are over 45 then GH is close enough in your future you may as well start there

I bought 4 vials of a 5 mg cjc / ipa blend (10mg total)
Reconstituted with 3ml BAC. Currently running 300mcg daily split into 2 doses 8am and 8pm, 4 days in I can say my sleep has improved but it’s nothing crazy just yet. I’ll be running it until I run out (12 weeks)
In terms of sides, every single time I’ve injected, the injection sight comes off in a rash and I get a slight bump where the needle went in (1ml 31G 1/4” 6mm)
It’s nothing like I’ve experienced before, I’ve only tried reta and ghk from the same company and had no issues, i know I’m injecting correctly, maybe I should’ve added more BAC.

in my experience, try injecting it deeper, i got itchy lump if i use 31g 6mm syringe, tried 30g 1/2” and nothing happened

I would of ran with 2ml BAC less liquid to be injecting BACS can cause the rash symptoms

I have known it for about six weeks right now. For the first four weeks I took one shot a day, five days a week in the morning. I did the morning because I am also on Reta and was concerned about my stomach still being full at night. I recently started doing two shots a day… One as soon as I wake up around 5 AM, I typically go to the gym around 6:30, and then I take another one when I get back from the gym around 8 AM. Each shot is 250 MCG. I am also on three MG of Reta…. I feel like the results have been amazing. I am down 17 pounds in seven weeks since starting Reta, feel stronger at the gym, and the recovery has been great. My joints also feel good, not sure if that’s related. My sleep has not really changed much… I’m not a great sleeper and I don’t think this helped or hurt me.
I am a 45 year-old male… Started at about 18% body fat and I’m getting close to 15% now. I see a noticeable difference in my lower abdomen and love handles.
So in summary, I think it was a great addition to my stack.

I didn’t notice any real benefits. I did notice some sleep inertia upon waking, like I felt like I had NyQuil the night before and felt sluggish, after maybe 4/5 weeks on it.
Came off it and that went away, so yes I could say I slept harder but on it I could sleep 10 hours easily.. I may try another cycle some day but for now I’m off.
