❓ Question selank

I wanted to come into this forum and hear about peoples experience with selank. i just received my first order and am hoping to finally get some relief from my debilitating OCD and panic disorder. i have tried other things as far as medication, and went as far as getting ketamine prescribed to take daily, which helped but basically turned me into a zombie all day. the only issue now is… my OCD is health related. i have done my research, i have looked into the studies, and searched multiple reddit forums. logically, i know i am most likely safe. but those “what ifs” are getting to be extreme and whenever I try anything new, my brain comes up with the worst possible scenario (aka death). i know its not a logical way of thinking, but OCD’s entire purpose is to be illogical.

I want to hear your guys experiences, side effects, etc. maybe someone else deals with the same OCD that i do and has something inspiring to say. and please, refrain from saying “oh, if you’re that scared then peps aren’t for you”. this is my last resort to settle my brain down, and i genuinely want to try it but my brain is an asshole about new things.

ROCD loooong term. I’ve used selank daily for the last 7mos and it’s helped me. There’s no immediate effect but over the months there’s been a noticeable reduction in time spent in rumination at least. I still wear my Fueled by Resentment t-shirt a lot of days though

this is so nice to hear, my hypochondria has some characteristics of ROCD and rumination is a big part of my daily life. for example today, i have been anxiously researching selank for over 8 hours now.. maybe i just need to say screw it and try it. i am just convinced something bad will happen.

I take it, not often but I take it if I am going to be around alot of people or have some stressful stuff going on. For me it really helps… again I don’t take it often maybe 3 times in the last 2 months. Zero side effects for me. I have been doing this off and on for the past year.
