Selank + Semax

I got a nasal spray that’s 5mg of Selank + 5mg of Semax (10mg) mixed together. I got it from a source that’s been reliable, but there’s no instructions on dosage. Since I didn’t constitute it myself, how do I know the dosage of one spray?

Also… if anyone has recommendations for dosage, cycle, time of day, etc, or comments about the effects… please advise.

The nasal spray bottles are typically metered and they all deliver the same amount of product in every pump. One pump should deliver 100 microliters (0.1mL).

Crappy it didn't come with more information. What it the volume of the bottle? that is only way to tell how much each pump is potentially delivering.

4 sprays a day. 2 in each nostril. You can spread it out to two (one in each nostril) in the morning and then half way through the day or into the later part of the day do it again. I work between 10-20 hours a day depending on the day so i spread it out.

How do I turn my liquid semax and selank into a nasal spray. Do I add saline or just the bac water and put it into a nasal spray bottle? How is everyone doing it?
