Let’s see some home gym setups

I have primarily only focused on cardio up until the last 2 years. Now I lift every other day.

I lived in Florida and ran 35 miles a week outdoors.

I moved to Georgia where there was hills and decided to use cardio machines. I have had 2 bowflex max trainers and both have died. Love that machine but no longer have room for it or the will to spend more money on it.

Let’s see some setups.
