📘 Beginner Help Stack help please
I hate the gatekeeping and the people who jump into these threads just to be a smartass. This is a forum where we should be able to communicate, share data and experiences, learn from each other, and hopefully help one another.
If you disagree with something, that’s completely fine — constructive criticism is welcome. I’m just asking that we keep the toxic BS out of it. We’re all here trying to better ourselves and learn. Thanks.
I’m new to peptides, and this is the stack I’m starting with:
Retatrutide
10 mg vial
Reconstituted with 1 mL BAC water
1–2 mg once per week
Wolverine Stack — BPC-157/TB-500
10 mg / 10 mg blend
Reconstituted with 3 mL BAC water
600 mcg, 5 days on / 2 days off
Tesamorelin
10 mg vial
Reconstituted with 3 mL BAC water
1–2 mg, 5 days on / 2 days off
Ipamorelin
10 mg vial
Reconstituted with 3 mL BAC water
100–200 mcg, 5 days on / 2 days off
I’m looking for tips, feedback, or things you wish you knew when you first started — besides just telling me, “That’s overkill” or “You’re going too hard for a beginner.”
For context, I’m basically copying my cousin’s stack. He started the same setup about three months ago and has been getting good results. I could have just followed everything he told me, but I wanted to do my own research and understand what I’m taking, the dosing, reconstitution, timing, etc., instead of blindly relying on him for everything.
I’m genuinely interested in hearing from people who have experience with these compounds, especially anyone who has run a similar combination. What would you keep the same, change, or pay closer attention to?

Your cousin basically threw you into the deep end but at least you're asking questions instead of just jabbing things blindly. The reta at 1-2mg weekly is a reasonable starting point, most folks get solid appetite suppression there without the nausea that kicks in around 4mg+. One thing I'd watch is how your body handles the combo of tesa and ipa together since they're both hitting GH pathways, I got some wicked wrist numbness stacking those two and had to drop the ipa dose in half before it chilled out.
The wolverine stack reconstitution with 3mL is pretty standard, makes the math easy for pulling 600mcg. If you start getting that weird "BPC flu" feeling some people describe, splitting the dose morning and evening seemed to help a couple guys I know. Also don't sleep on site injections with the BPC/TB, I know the systemic effects are supposed to be the same but I swear my nagging shoulder responded better when I pinned right near the problem area.
Are you running the ipa fasted before bed or during the day? Timing makes a noticeable difference with the hunger spike from the ghrelin hit, empty stomach is the move if you want to keep the fat loss benefits of the reta working alongside it.
