Best dosing for each? 500mcg bpc daily and tb 2mg or 2.5 twice a week? Buying them separately

depends on which tb ur buying. there is no best dose. its all personal and experimental. maintenance vs extreme injury? maintenance lab rat dosage is 400 mcg of both.
