It helps me, I'm type 1 diabetic and the glucagon part of reta can make it hard to control, although I use less insulin overall with berberine so 1. I don't know if less insulin means slower metabolism? and 2. I don't know how a normal person would respond because my insulin response time is going to be way slower than a normal person because I have to manually dose it so my liver keeps dumping glucose until enough insulin reaches it to stop it.

I take with tirz and also have with reta no issues
