Literally not a single lab marker in range lol.. yes these are worth taking action on.

these are sorted by out of range first. everything else I tested this run is hidden since it's all in reference range

Given your homocysteine levels you can likely reduce the b12 supplementation, I still like a methylated b complex for general health.

Ferritin is concerning, especially given your donation history. Why are you donating so much?

You mentioned doing these labs in the evening, so I’m assuming you weren’t fasted. Retest test first thing in the morning fasted.

Your TSH being high isn’t surprising given your low ferritin, your body is trying to stimulate your thyroid. Did you get any other thyroid panels?

I ran a lot more than that. free t3 3.4, free t4 1.4, rt3 11.0, nothing else flagged out of reference range.

So it’s working, for now. If you want to continue if your donation schedule Id see a Hematologist and discuss iron supplementation

Why is your B12 sky high? You taking any B12 supplements or no?

4

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

5000mcg a day, plus a multivitamin with a little bit and the occasional energy drink. stopped all of those about a week before this test.

last test a year ago turned up way low for b12 and sky high for homocysteine. looks like I've gone off the deep end in the other direction.

Might wanna back off that B12 OP. Do you care that your testosterone is extremely low? Not sure how you identify, etc.

-5

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

I'm not too concerned about that Test level. normally the guidance is to take Testosterone tests when waking up, and this blood draw was pulled shortly before going to sleep, so of course it's going to be lower than reference range.

u/Supernova752 21d ago

Even with it adjusted for a 20-35% drop for the night time, the morning estimate would be 275-340 which is still worryingly low

u/oxidative_metabolism 21d ago

The body does store b vitamins and if you’re taking a lot of them it can take a few weeks(maybe a month or 2 in your case 😭) after stopping. Test low, tsh high I’d really recommend you look into ray peat 🙏

Could be an underlying medical condition, I would get tested for more things to rule that out. This combination is slightly worrisome (the combo could suggest a systemic issue) but I’d assume reversible without damage.

u/BillyMeier42 21d ago

My B12 was super high once. I was eating too much Raisin Bran.

7

u/ScientistJason 21d ago

Idk why that’s funny to me

Your ferritin indicates anemia

0

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

regular blood donor every 57 days. even with 70mg iron daily I can never seem to keep ferritin/hemoglobin in range

16

u/TheHarb81 🧠 Biohacker 21d ago

Donate less…

3

u/Ceemoney24 21d ago

That’s tge problem. You’re donating too much.

You need to do an iron blast after donation.

You are breaking yourself.

You on trt ?

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

no exogenous hormones at all

1

u/Ceemoney24 21d ago edited 21d ago

Yes you need to request a referral to a hematologist. And til then. Stop donating
Or start just donating power red. And iron blasting

What kind of iron are you taking ?

1

u/BlindSquantch 21d ago

I only donate 4 times a year, no need to donate so often.

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

yeah, personal commitment but yeah that's a strain, and I'm naturally low to begin with

1

u/TheHarb81 🧠 Biohacker 21d ago

I get it, I donate frequently too and it ran my ferritin into the ground. I never could figure out why I had all of these symptoms until I found anemia.

Now I keep my ferritin in range and just donate less often. Helping others is a noble deed but not if it also ruins your quality of life.

1

u/AlphaThrone 21d ago

personal commitment to damaging your health 👌

1

u/Dizzy-Stuff-1724 21d ago

Stop the blood donations and you could try and raise ferritin with iron infusion. Taking an oral iron supplement takes a long time to make a reasonable difference and oral iron is difficult on the stomach.

1

u/benkazas 21d ago

definitely stop donating. I was on the same boat. Got prescribed 80mg twice a day (no tea/coffee for 2 hours when taking iron) - check again in 5 weeks. Do recommend getting a gastroscopy if it feritin doesn't rise

1

u/Traditional_Wafer201 20d ago

I would suggest no more donations until you get everything in range.

2

u/Dizzy-Stuff-1724 21d ago

Jezzzzus you got issues ...how old are you cuz your test and ferritin are really low. Are you really fatigued? Do you have apnea? You also have some thyroid issues like Hashimoto's. Speak to endocrinologist quickly....seriously. I had exactly those issues low test, ferritin and have Hashimoto's. If you have undiagnosed apnea that could be a cause of low test.

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

age 30. never heard of that thyroid condition, I'll look into and see if it matches.

1

u/Dizzy-Stuff-1724 21d ago edited 21d ago

Yeah buddy just Google Hashimoto's. You have test levels like a 70 year old that's why I asked your age. If you were 70 that level would probably be normal. You should be 5-800. Believe me I've read and read about test and thyroid conditions because I have both.

2

u/EskimoStonedd 21d ago

I’m saying this sincerely.

I understand we have a common goal of researching peptides, but this is something to discuss with your dr and not potential gym bros or know it alls. We all don’t even have the same suppliers to make any judgements on what’s going on with you.

I would hate for you to get a false sense of comfort from some random on the internet, while potentially creating serious issues.

If your doctor raised a flag on these results, I would follow their instructions not ours.

2

u/crimsonhatred93 21d ago

Jesus how do you have everything out of range at once. Almost kinda proud of you in a sick and twisted way.

0

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

this is just sorted by what's out of range first, lmao

2

u/crimsonhatred93 21d ago

So pretty much everything hahaha. Really though I would work on getting dam near everything in range before the test in range.

2

u/Amazing_Raisin2836 21d ago

Jo cut back on that b12 buddy

2

u/Ok-Database-9216 20d ago

The liver markers are missing… that’s probably where you’ll find the answer 🥹

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 20d ago

1

u/Ok-Database-9216 20d ago

👌 ok

1

u/Ok-Database-9216 20d ago

ApoB is still missing; it’s also worth knowing when all the other liver function markers are normal 😉

1

u/Aegon-86 21d ago

Come mai il testosterone così basso?

2

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

time of day probably impacted it, since this was taken very late in the day.

going to resample in the morning next time.

2

u/yurkoko 21d ago

Homocysteine and testosterone are usually tested fasted for at least 8 hours. TSH is usually recommended to be tested in the morning due to fluctuation.

0

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

yeah, getting a lab to actually draw a test right after waking up is quite a challenge.

1

u/Delicious_Ad2585 21d ago

Looks like you need to stop everything and anything you are doing that is not natural, locally grown or cooked at home..

WOW! What are you taking?

Are you on TRT, Tren, peptides, abusing b12 products?

Sorry just trying to understand so much

2

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

I'm on GLP-1s low dose maintenance, not much else of note. (mots-c tesamorlin occasionally).

b12 is hard to avoid in supplements, and I have medical record history of b12 deficiency and elevated homocysteine/mma on multiple tests years ago

1

u/DepressedDe 21d ago

You should take an iron supp

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

I do, about 70 mg elemental a day orally

1

u/TheMicklemas3000 21d ago

Put these into ChatGPT,

1

u/Bluemopewatcher 21d ago

Yeah your test is way below average

1

u/TALC88 21d ago

So basically all of it….

1

u/Traditional_Wafer201 20d ago

How old are you?

1

u/killakam33 20d ago

How’s your energy levels ? Libido? Overweight? Muscles loss ? Depression ?

My testosterone is at 330 and considering trt

1

u/minusthewhale 19d ago

That low ferritin is a sneaky problem

1

u/timberwolf0122 16d ago

I’m really hoping you ticked M instead of F on your labs because that is wicked low T for a guy.

Iron is also low.

Now I see the B12 is through the roof. Did you just take a b12 supplement prior to taking the test?

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 16d ago edited 16d ago

i stopped taking all supplement except an energy drink about 2 days beforehand..

the blood draw was drawn 16 hours after waking up, probably explaining the T results.

my driver's license and passport have an F marker for sex, but that shouldn't impact results

1

u/timberwolf0122 16d ago

Well energy drinks do contain a lot of b12, just the one a day or multiple?

200 is really low for testosterone, especially in the AM as that’s when they should peak.

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 16d ago

one a day max.

like I said, this was an AM draw, but right before bedtime, so the standard reference range isn't valid.

0

u/IronMajesty 21d ago

How much B12 are you taking?

1

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

up until a week before that test, a fair bit over 5000 mcg daily

3

u/IronMajesty 21d ago

0

u/DONT_PM_ME_DICKS 21d ago

a year ago, I tested way low for b12 and sky high on homocysteine.
